STEP UP – TRAVEL BOARD - 2024
Step ups or Travel boards are usually 3 to 6 inches longer than your regular short board. This board is a scaled up version of our Performance Model specifically designed for bigger surf. It has a narrow racy out line with a single to double concave bottom and more nose rocker to compensate for big steep drops. The round pin tail will hold you in through the big bottom turns and barrels. This design makes it the perfect board for big surf days down south and a must have for your next surf trip. We recommend a tri-fin set up for this board, but of course the choice is yours. Standard sizes for the Travel Model are below but if you know what dimensions work for you talk with our shaper and he will adjust the width, volume etc. to your specifications.
